Kiambu residents have been urged to embrace unity as a key driver of development, with leaders calling for collective action to address the county’s socio-economic challenges.
Kiambu gubernatorial aspirant on a DCP ticket, John Mwaura, said meaningful progress can only be achieved if residents work together toward a common goal.
Speaking on Sunday, May 3, during a church service at JCC in Kiandutu, Thika, Mwaura emphasized the importance of cohesion in unlocking the county’s full potential.
He noted that he has already embarked on grassroots engagements to introduce himself to voters and seek their support ahead of the upcoming elections. At the same time, he challenged political leaders, particularly Members of Parliament, to prioritize the needs of wananchi instead of engaging in divisive politics.
