Former Kiambu governor Ferdinard Waititu, his wife Susan Wangari and three others will remain in custody after being found guilty in a Sh588 million case.
The three will remain behind bars until tomorrow, Thursday, 13th February, 2025, when they will be sentenced.
The case has been dragging for years.
